The location was ideal for our family getaway, being just a

quick walk to Pioneer Park where we attended an event. The room was quiet, but the parking situation was confusing at first. Overall, a lovely experience, especially with so many restaurants nearby.

The room was disgustingly dirty with grease on the walls. The patio door was stuck, and the balcony furniture was filthy. To top it off, there was a homeless person sleeping in the lobby when we checked out!

Major inconveniences include inconsistent housekeeping and poor maintenance of common areas!!! Outdated decor left me underwhelmed and the parking situation during peak times was frustratingly chaotic!!!

Location was fantastic, within walking distance to great restaurants and attractions. However, the pool was closed, which was disappointing during the hot weather. Some common areas could use better maintenance. The breakfast options were underwhelming and some items, like the eggs, needed improvement. Despite these issues, the friendly staff made a difference, especially during check-in.

the bathroom's showerhead lacked normal spray patterns , which was frustrating. the kitchenette was super handy for snacks , and the outdoor balcony was a nice touch. the beds were really comfy and inviting after long days.

We loved the basketball court and enjoyed mountain biking around the area. The staff was super friendly and even had fresh cookies on some days. Breakfast was included, which was a great start to our mornings.

the residence inn had a great location just across the street from pioneer park. it was easy to walk to local restaurants. our one-bedroom suite was very quiet, making for a restful stay. plus, parking was free which was a nice bonus!
